Lydia Ann Shain, daughter of John Shain (or Shein) and Lydia (Landers) Shain, was born on 14 June 1832 in Bullitt County, Kentucky.[1][2]
She married John L. Pendergrass on 6 Oct. 1853 in Bullitt County, Kentucky.[1]
She and John appeared on the census of 29 June 1870 at Precinct 9, Nelson, Kentucky.[3]
Lydia died on 23 Sep. 1923 in Nelson County, Kentucky and was buried at New Salem Baptist Cemetery, Bardstown, Nelson County, Kentucky.[2]
