Biography
Barbara Shantz was born on 11 August 1825 a daughter of Joseph and Catharine (Schneider) Shantz. Barbara was married to Moses Springer, Sheriff for the County of Waterloo. They had eleven children. Barbara died on October 13, 1884 at the age of 59.
