i believe elizabeth mawde and elizabeth longbotham are the same person,i pretty sure elizabeth longbotham's middle name was mawde,which was her mothers last name.Also it could be another thomas shaw.
Look into the lineage of Shaw-8517 and Shaw-225. They have the same wife, but different parents. They probably should be merged, or the duplicate wife removed from one of the profiles.

Shaw-10604 and Shaw-225 appear to represent the same person because: Same wife. Similar death date. Save the two birth dates to resolve after the merge. This will remove the unsourced profile.

Hi, new to wikitree, but a descendent of Thomas Shaw Sr & Jr! My info is not in wikitree yet but my brothers research says;

Thomas Sr(son of Christopher Shaw) born, 1538 died 1575 married to Sybil Mason Thomas Jr born 1563 died 1600 married to Elizabeth Longbotham ! So I agree 8517 and 225 are not the same something(s) is(are) wrong.  ;.)

I agree there needs to be more work to validate this proposed merge. Seems to be some confusion.

Shaw-225 and Shaw-8517 are not ready to be merged because: There are serious issues with this proposed merge. Different parents, different dates of birth and death. Spouse Elizabeth Longbottom is the only connection which makes me think she doesn't belong with Shaw-8517. Looking forward to other comments.

The 2 elizabeths listed as wife have an active proposed merger.
