Christina Barbara was born in 1785 in Newberry County, South Carolina. She was the daughter of Johann Wendlin Shealy and Anna Maria, née Epting. Christina Barbara married John Jacob Schumpert, Sr. She passed away in 1839 and was buried at Jacob Schumpert Cemetery in Stoney Hill, Newberry County, South Carolina.[1]
