His inventory was completed on 21 March 1837 in Fairfield.[2]
The estate distribution was set out to his widow Mary, Burr Sherwood, Abel Sherwood, Rana, wife of Nehemiah B. Alvord, and Marietta Sherwood (granddaughter).[3]
In 1854, his estate set out to his widow was distributed to Burr Sherwood, Abel Sherwood, Rana, wife of Nehemiah B. Alvord, and Marietta Frost, wife of D.D. Frost (granddaughter).[4]
