Joshua Simmons was born about Jun 1688 in Duxbury, Plymouth Co., MA. He died 2 on 15 Jan 1774 in Duxbury, Plymouth Co., MA. Joshua married Sarah Delano on 4 Apr 1728 in Duxbury, Plymouth Co., MA. Sarah was born 4 about 1708 in Duxbury, Plymouth Co., MA.
Probate
On 9 February 1715, his widow was granted the administration of his estate.[4]
On 11 February 1715/16, the settlement agreement of his estate was signed by his heirs, viz., his widow, Mercy, Moses (youngest son), John (eldest son), William, Isaac, Benjamin, Joseph, Joshua, Martha, wife of Samuel West, and Rebeckah, wife of Constant Southworth[5]
