Hello Talmia,

Sorry it took so long to respond as my computer died in the end of December and just got back January 19th. Going through email I found the work you did on Exum-1! Really good stuff! I believe I was working on that as a Data Doctor back in 2016. When I just looked at it today, I noticed what I *used* to do with the heading called Debris! I stopped doing that a good while ago, thank goodness!

Great work and thanks for all you are doing!!

Smiles, Cindy

Hi Talmia, I'm vantolar1965 in Ancestry.com. My tree is public and I have John Tolar fully sourced there. He is a child of William Toler/Toler of Wayne County. The Wayne and Johnston county Tolers are all of the same stock. Both yDNA and autosomal DNA confirm we are all cousins. However, they show we do not match with the Virginia and West Virginia Tolers. Two Wayne County descendants in the 1800s indicate they are of remote Irish Ancestry. Another Toler, on his father's death certificate (Nathan Toler), indicated that the grandfather was born in Ireland. The only Irish Toler's I've found weren't Irish but were English people from Norfolk Co., England. At least one ancestor, Henry Toler served in Cromwell's Army and was deeded land in Co. Tipperary, Ireland. As yet, no DNA connection.

Good morning. Sorry I did not get to respond over the weekend. I have not seen anything about Jesse's DNA. I just started researching that branch on Thursday or Friday.
