It's possible that her father is https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Smith-2365 based on the fact that one of her children is named "Barnes Smith Goff" (which is listed here but also appears in the 1860 Census). I believe Mary Smith is my 5th great grandmother, so I'm interested to hear if other people think that connection to her father (and mother https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Earle-35) is supported by other evidence.
