Biography

Gordon Robert Septimus Smith was born on 7 May 1920 in Moama, Echuca, Victoria, Australia, the son of Teresa Ellen (Grogan) Smith and Ernest William Robert Smith.^{[citation needed]}

He married Dorothy Althea Weedon in October 1946 or 2 November 1946 at the Catholic Church of St John the Evangelist in Victoria.^[1] They had two children.^{[citation needed]}

Gordon died on 3 February 1998 in Nunawading, Victoria, aged 77 years.^{[citation needed]} His remains were buried in Springvale, Victoria.^{[citation needed]}
