Hi Dorothy,

You added the text of a baptism on a profile, https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Chenet-17, and I wonder if you could be so kind as to add the citation of where you got it. Also the name of the church and maybe the location, if you have those as well. Thank you so much! Steff Mandarino

Ok so I think I might have figured my confusion with the Lombas/Lombard and the way records weren’t matching up. There was a Pierre Lombard who’s family was from France. ( https://gw.geneanet.org/ddastarac?lang=en&pz=pierre+andre+marie+remi&nz=dastarac&p=pierre&n=lombard ) Then there were the Lombas’s who were originally from the Canary Islands, they got caught up in Cuba for a couple of years then immigrated to Louisiana. A few of them went back and forth between Alabama and Louisiana. So these Lombas and Lombard’s are two totally different families. If you have reason to believe otherwise please let me know. I don’t want to remove anything until we get it figured out.
Hi, I managed to get a copy of my great-grandmother's scrapbook and I have been filling in some pictures of Niolons on some of your profiles hope that is OK!

Not sure how we are connected but I guess we are some cousins in some way!
