Biography

Nancy Smith was born, probably at Machias, Maine, 1812, the daughter of Daniel Smith and Phebe Larrabee; ^[1] died at Whitneyville, 6 Sep 1846 ^[2] (Early Jonesborough Families, p. 385, errs in reporting that she died in 1891), and is buried in the Whitneyville Cemetery, ^[3]

She married at Machias, 12 Dec 1833 Eleazer Albee, as his first wife. ^{[1] [2] [4]} Following her death, he married (2) at Whitneyville, Rachel L. Wilder, widow of Elias Belbarb Antony. ^{[2] [5]}
