Biography

Mary Snow was born about 11 March 1724 (calculated from age at death 73y 3m 7 days).

She married Aaron Hawes 19 December 1759 in Wrentham, Massachusetts, when Aaron was about forty and she was thirty-five. Aaron had been completely blind since about the age of 7.[1] [2]

Together Mary and Aaron had three children:

  1. James
  2. Eunice
  3. William

Mary died in Attleborough June 18, 1797, aged 73 years 3 months and 7 days.

Research Notes

This Mary Snow, parents unknown, wife of Aaron Hawes, should not be confused with Mary Snow, daughter of James Snow, wife of _____ Foster. They were born just 11 days apart, but in 1760 James Snow in his will refers to His daughter as Mary Foster. This suggests that both women were married to their respective husbands, so they cannot be the same person.

I think that Mary needs to be disconnected from these parents. The wife of Aeraron Hawes and mother of these children couldn't be the daughter of James Snow. In his will written 19 March 1760, he refers to his daughter as Mary Foster. Are there any objections?

Snow-277 and Snow-758 appear to represent the same person because: All the details on these profiles are the same. At some point a merge was rejected. Same dates, same parents, same siblings. These really should be merged.
