My DNA was used to confirm family line back to William, son of Gerrard Spencer, father of the "Four bros".

Hi Spencer,

That’s fine, but WikiTree instructions indicate that you need to include a DNA confirmation statement on each profile with one or both parents marked ‘confirmed with DNA’, or else the relationship should be changed to ‘confident’. See this instruction: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:DNA_Confirmation#How_to_Add_Source_Citations It says “Sources are essential for our mission to create an accurate single family tree. If there isn't a proper source citation for a DNA-confirmed conclusion the relationship status should be changed by you or another member to Confident.” It’s really easy with the DNA Confirmation Citation Maker. See the link in my previous comment. Kay

Sorry, I'm not active on Wikitree except for merge requests. I'm fine either way but it seems way to troublesome when there are 10 people with DNA matches confirming my family tree. I love Wikitree and have been here since the beginning but I just don't have time.

If you're not planning to add DNA confirmation statements, then I'll plan to change the relationships to 'confident' for you.
