Biography
William was born 26 Feb 1755 in Coventry, Kent County, Rhode Island. [1] He was the son of Spencer-3304 I Peleg Spencer Jr and Spencer-4508 I Audrey Spencer. He married Allen-21851 I Mary Allen on 22 Oct 1781 at North Kingstown, Washington County, Rhode Island. [2] They were the parents of four children: Cynthia, Lucy, Thomas and Ezra. [3] William passed away 28 Feb 1813 at Pittsford, Rutland County, Vermont. [4]
