Elizabeth was born about 1713 in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. She was the daughter of Francis Spry and Rebecca Unknown.
She married John Hartshorne on November 19, 1733 at Saint Luke's Parish in Church Hill, Queen Anne's County, Maryland.[1] They had two known children. They were:
She was named in her father's will dated 17 January 1741, proved 23 November 1741.[4]
