Note 1: This is an incomplete listing of Issac's grandchildren. Note 2: I was raised in Twin Falls, Idaho from the early 40's to 1950

My father, Roy was a carpenter when he was young, Later he became a farmer. I lived on a 80 acre farm near Twin Falls, Idaho. After WW2 ended, my brother Arthur (army POW) came to Twin Falls to help with the farm. Later during that same time period, Issac came to live with us. I remember that he had built a perpetual motion machine (which wasn't quite perpetual) when he was younger. We put the contraption (about 8 feet tall and looked like a ferris wheel) in our barn. I used to spin it around - it would continue to turn for many days. Issac, who was very old and feeble, left the farm then my dad went into the used furniture and second hand merchandise business. He had a store in Twin Falls on the main street called, "Standlee's Second Hand Store" until about 1950. After giving up the store, my father decided to move to Gravette Arkansas (near Berryville, his childhood home). (We were there in the 1950/51 time frame - about one year.) Upon returning my parents divorced and I lived with my mother, Nell in Sacramento where I went to high school. Date Saved: 12 MAY 2012
