Winnyford Steed (1742-?) was mentioned in the will of her father John and called "daughter" who was to receive his slave named Tony along with a bed and furniture. Some researchers claim she was a daughter-in-law but that is doubtful. She married Joseph W. Goodrich (1740-1805) in an unknown year. Their children migrated to Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee while some stayed in Virginia.
