Biography
Joseph was born in 1888. He is the son of William Steele and Rachel Fitzpatrick. He passed away in 1888.
Lila Steeles notes:
He was blond, stout, 5'9". He had a wild nature. Became a prospector and mined in the Halibury, Cobalt area and Rice Lake Manitoba. He was drowned in Rice Lake.
