It is highly unlikely she was buried in 1626 but lived until 1643. Find a Grave says she died in August 1626. Note Christopher married Alice Berdon in 1630, who did not accompany him to North America.

UNKNOWN-18865. In the Biography for Margery Unknown (widow Stephens), according to the parish register "Thomas Stephens of the parish of Ipplepen widower and Marjorie Abraham the daughter of this parish, were marryed the XXIII day of September 1611"
and "Christopher Avery of Iplepen of the one partie and Marjory Stephens, widow of this parish were married ye XXVIII day of August"
