Stewart-24979 and Stewart-1656 appear to represent the same person because: Agnes is listed as a daughter of Andrew, Master of Ochiltree, in the Peerage of Scotland, Volume 6, page 516. She is also indicated as the sister of Robert Stewart in the inventory of Lamont Papers, "26 Nov 1601 Charter following on Contract of Marriage between John Lawmonth of Knockdow and Gilbert his son and apparent heir, on the one part, and James Stewart of Kelspoke and Agnes Stewart his sister on the other part, of date at Rothessay 14 March 1601, whereby the said John Lawmonth obligied himself to inflet the said Gilbert in the lands hereby granted..."
