[2] Lemuel Stickney, the fift son of Moses, was born at Bosford, Feb. 13, 1761; was married in 1781 to Polly Tomlinson. He settled in Cornwall, Vt. where three of his children were born.
Here his wife died, and he married for his second wife, in Weybridge, Addison Co., Vt., Martha Scovill, who was bory in Saybrook, Conn., June 14, 1760, by whom he had eight children, all born at Weybridge. he finally moved to and settled in Franklin, Franklin Co., N.Y., where he died May 3, 1842, at the age of eighty-one years.
