Rebecca Stillman was married in Westmoreland, New York in 1796. Based upon the 1800 census data in that area, the population was not large. There were several members of the extended Stillman family in the area. At the time only the heads of household were listed.
Based on the ages and family situations of all the Stillman men listed in the 1800 Census in Westmoreland and Whitestown (where Rebecca's husband Thomas Wilcox was from), I believe her father was either Josiah Stillman (1739-1808) or his brother John Stillman (1743-aft.1800). The Alvord Genealogy says that John Stillman (1775-1862) son of John Stillman (1743-aft.1800) moved to New York "with his mother and brother," and does not mention a sister. Because of that and because Josiah lived in Westmoreland, Rebecca's marriage location, I have connected him and his wife Comfort (Robbins) Stillman (1737-1804) as Rebecca's parents, with some uncertainty.
If anyone has additional information to corroborate this connection, I would greatly appreciate it. Signed Kim Sullivan
