Lottie was born to Franklin Stone and Nancy Rice. She marred John Fisher.^[1] Their children were:

1. Nannie Fisher 1887-1978

2. Lucy Fisher Wood 1890-1970

Lottie lived most of her life in Clark County, Kentucky.^[2] Her daughters Nannie and Lucy lived with Lottie's father Franklin Stone in 1900. She most likely died before then.^[3]
