Place: Irish Grove Cemetery, New Middletown, Menard, Illinois[4][5]
Note
1900 Census has Addie W, Death Record has Addie N. All other data fit, so I assume that one was a transcription error from a hand-written record. LATER: Looking at the image of the 1900 census, it is pretty clear that an errant mark on the document made the transcriber mistake an N for a W. To add to the name confusion, the 1880 Census, shows her living with her parents as Nancy A. Could be that she just used her middle name and Nancy was the correct first name. At least that adds evidence that the W middle initial is an error. https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/MXVT-SQZ LATER: Have since found records of her as an adult giving Nancy. I'm going with that as her actual first name at birth.
