Thorough search of Cornwall Parish Records found no marriage details for Richard, it is highly probable that he married Eulalia on or around 1672, Eulalia is not a common name at this time in Cornwall and he named a daughter Ulalia plus Eulalia Oliver was living in St Columb Minor from her birth in 1640 until her death as a widow in 1711 and yet there are no Cornwall Parish Records for her marriage.
