It is possible that Alice is attached to the wrong parents so I will remove those links. The visitations of the county of Devon: comprising the herald's visitations of 1531, 1564, & 1620 with additions by Lieutenant-Colonel J L Vivian (Exeter 1865) p https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=yale.39002002213917&view=1up&seq=508&q1=hunt, supports the marriage and the other children. The additional sources added are related to the children as additional support which may be unnecessary.
Hi Michael, please could you check out the sources and information provided by Helen Ford (see the comments below), and update the profile as appropriate. It seems that the daughter Alice Hunt-19818 may be connected to the wrong parents. Do you agree? If so, she needs to be disconnected from these parents, and a merge proposed with Alice (Hunt) Welles (abt.1543-aft.1615). Happy to discuss. Thanks, Gillian
All but one of the sources added have nothing to do with an Elizabeth Strobridge wife of Thomas Hunt. The image is from the parish records of Farnborough, Hampshire in the 1700s, the Family search link is for a baptism in Kent in 1799. The other citations are to record sets from Wiltshire ans Somerset. Please look at a map they are from all over the place. There is nothing to suggest Astley in either Lancashire or Shropshire.
The visitation of Devon with additions by Vivian does record the marriage of Thomas Hunt, alderman of Exeter, Devon to Elizabeth dau of ___ Strobridge. Vivian even says she died in 1546, although this is incorrect. She survived her husband. It was a daughter Elizabeth buried then.

Thanks Helen! From your information this profile and Agnes Hunt (abt.1520-aft.1546) seem to be completely different people - as are the husbands. Alice Hunt (abt.1543-abt.1615), currently linked as the daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth seems to be linked to the wrong parents. Hope I've got this correctly.
Thomas of Exeter existed He is well able to be documented and was according to [Vivien ] married to an Elizabeth Strobridge. His children included George, Thomas, Roger and Elizabeth and these are correctly linked to this couple.
Unfortunately Thomas's original birth and death places were sometime after creation changed (or merged?) to those of a man with a knighthood said to be born in Shropshire and died in Lancashire (although it's still a muddle as the Exeter Thomas was buried at St Petrocks Exeter. I doubt there is a Lancashire church dedicated to St Petrock )The other children Robert born Kent, Richard born Glos. or Alice born Warwicks maybe related to Thomas of Astley but are a geographically disperate bunch!
I didn't get round to researching the Shropshire knight.
There is a totally unsourced profile for him
