Biography

Thomas was born about 1773. DOB is based on the first year he is of taxable age in Bedford VA. He is the son of John Stump and Anna Unknown. He passed away after 1833.

His father John Stump is listed in Bedford County VA tax lists from 1782-1787. His mother Ann is listed in 1788, not present in 1789 or 1790. In 1791 she is listed as Nancy Stump, she is present in 1792 and 1793. In 1794 her son Thomas Stump is first listed.
