Frances was born in Alabama about 1835 to Stephen Sullivan and Joann Duff.[1]
She was married 12 Sep 1855 in Washington County, Alabama to Edward O. Huggins.[2] She had a son by him named Edward I. Huggins born in Alabama about 1856.[3]
On 17 Aug 1859 she married he second husband DeWitte Gayle in Washington County, Alabama.[4] By 1860 she is on her own.[3] And on 04 Apr 1861 she married her third husband Thomas O'Bryan in Washington County, Alabama.[5]
