Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the New Calvary Baptist Church for Johnnie Sullivan, age 66, with Rev. Jas. Pierce officiating.
He was a prominent farmer and land owner of the Saratoga community. Death came suddenly Tuesday morning at 10:30.
Survivors include his, wife, Mrs. Fannie Sullivan, Mt. Olive; one son, B. F. Sullivan, Mt. Olive; two daughters, Mrs. Eva Walker, Mt Olive, Rt., Mrs. Pede [sic] Glisson, New Orleans; 7 grandchildren; four half-brothers and two half-sisters.
Interment was in Calvary cemetery under the direction of Mims Mitchell Funeral Home.

His birth date on his WWI registration card is Mar 10, 1892. [10] His birth date on his headstone [11] is Mar 11, 1888. His obituary [2] and headstone [11] has a death date of Aug 28, 1956.
His obituary states he was 66 years old. But according to the headstone dates he would be have been 68 years old. Using the WWI registration card birth date he would be 64. His census records birth year dates: 1893 (1910 census), 1892 (1920 census), 1891 (1930, 1940 census). no census found for 1900.
