NOTICE IN PARTITION. — Lucy M. Sweet, Ellen G. Sweet, Hannah E. Sweet. Lillian M. Sweet, Laura L. Sweet, and Jennie A. Sweet, minor heirs of Sidney W. Sweet, deceased, Hannah C. Sweet widow of Peleg Sweet, deceased, Virginia W. Metcalf, and Ezra R. Metcalf, Albert L. Sweet, Harman C. Sweet, Rushbrook Sweet, Jessie M. Sweet, James W. Sweet, Latecia R. Sweet, Amelia M. Sweet, and Emma D. Sweet, heirs at law and legal representatives of Peleg Sweet, deceased, will take notice that a petition was filed against them on the 22d day of September, A. D. 1863. In the Court of Common Pleas, within and for the County of Ashtabula and State of Ohio, by Pembroke S. Sweet, and is now pending wherein the said Pembroke S. Sweet, demanda partition of tho following real eatate to wit : situate in the Township of Ashtabula in the County of Ashtabula and State of Ohio, being lot number fifteen in township number thirteen, in the third range of Township in the Connecticut Western Reserve and bounded and described as follows : South on the Ridge Road ao called, East on lot nnmber eighteen. North on lot number twelve of an old survey made by Caleb Palmer, and West on lot number fourteen containing eighty three acres and twelve hundredths of an acre, be the same more or less, excepting and reserving the track of the Cleveland Painesville & Ashtabula Rail Road, across said lot one hundred feet wide. Also an other piece of land situate in the Township, County and State aforesaid, being in township number thirteen, in the third range of townships (Township 13 Range 3) in the Connecticut Western Reserve. and bounded and described as follows, to wit : North by the center of the new road, East by lands formerly owned by Ralph Munn, South by the lot first above described, and lands belonging to the estate of William Brown, and west by lot number eleven (11) of Granger Tract, B. B. Hunter's survey being lot number twelve (12) of B. B. Hunter's survey in January and February, A. D. 1949. Containing sixty six acres and thirty sixty hundredths (66 36-100) of an acre of land. And that at the next term of said Court the Said Pembroke S. Sweet will apply for an order that partition may be made of said premises.
