He was born at Malahide Castle, County Dublin, Ireland, the son of Thomas Talbot and Agnes Kenewrich[1].
He was feudal Lord of Malahide in 1399/0 and Steward of Edmund Mortimer, Earl of March's liberties in Meath in 1417/18[1].
He died between 12 November 1430 and 8 November 1432 at Malahide Castle, County Dublin, Ireland[1].
