Biography

Elizabeth was born in 1879. She was the daughter of Jack Taylor and Sarah Sloan. She passed away in 1964. ^[1] Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. for Mrs. Bessie Davis, 84, of 202 E. Lauderdale St., Russellville from Spry Chapel with the Re. C.D. Thomas officiating. Burial was in Franklin Memory Gardens with Spry Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Davis died suddenly Monday at 9:30 a.m. he was a native of South Carolina, but made her home here for the past 75 years. She was member of the Baptist Denomination.
