Biography
William Franklin Taylor was born on 11 August 1856 in Mount Vernon, Rockcastle County, Kentucky. [1] He was a son of James Isaac Taylor and Elizabeth Jane Clark. [2] [3] He married Sarah "Sally" Bare on 05 February 1888. [4] [5] [6] [7] He passed away on 08 April 1936 in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. He was interred in Pryor Cemetery, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. [1]
