Biography

As to the father of this Benjamin Thacker, There was a Benjamin Thacker born to Benjamin Thacker and Ruth Bowls. They had a daughter Marianne, born July 2, 1757 And a son named Benjamin who was born 01/14/1759. They lived in Goochland County, VA. If this is the right Banjamin Thacker his middle name is Aker.

This was in The Douglas Register, p. 303 of Goochland County.

In the 1820 census there was a Benjamin Thacker listed in Pittsylvania County. He had four people with one slave.

He may have died in Barren County, Kentucky on 02/09/1818
