Biography
‘Nelson’ was born August 6th 1911 in Washington DC. He married Helen Virginia Fewel September 9th 1930. They had 8 children.
Nelson and Helen ran away to Maryland and eloped. Helen’s family did not approve of Nelson or his family. Each evening they went back to their respective families until they could not hide the truth any longer. They had 3 daughters and 5 sons.
