Biography
Polly was born in 1900. She was the daughter of James Thompson and Polly Vilate Davis. Her mother died when she was five days old. As a child, she contracted Spinal Meningitis, which left her mentally retarded. She was raised by her grandparents George and Elizabeth Davis in Thomas, Idaho until 1909 when her Grandmother Davis passed. 12 Jan 1914 she was institutionalized at Blackfoot State Mental Hospital. She was institutionalized and moved until she passed away in 1976.
