Biography
Blanche was born in 1872. She is the daughter of Anson Thummel and Helen Powers. [1]She married Matthew Foley and had two children, Bertilla and Lawrence. Matthew died in 1921. In 1924 She married Richard McMillian [2]who had been their next door neighbor in Tacoma. [3]She died in 1945.[4]
