Biography

Rhoda Edith Tinney was born on 13 Oct 1888 in St Pancras, Middlesex, England to Charles Tinney and Ann Elizabeth (Dunning) Tinney. Her birth was registered in Pancras in the last quarter of the year, with mother's maiden name Dunnings.^[1]
