Giovanni Todaro is born around 1721 in Corleone, the son of Antonino Todaro and Vincenza di Filippo. He is named after his maternal grandfather.
Giovanni marries Antonia Russo on 26 April 1750. His father has died by this time and his mother is living.
Giovanni and Antonia have at least four children: Emmanuela (c. 1750), Gaetana (c. 1759), Filippo (c. 1765), and Antonino (1768).
Emmanuela is born around 1749-51, based on her reported age in 1807 and at her death.
Gaetana is born around 1759, based on her reported age at death.
I estimate Filippo is born around 1765, twenty years before he marries.
Antonio is born and baptized 6 November 1768, named after his paternal grandfather. His godparents are Arcangelo and Antonia Gagliano, a married couple.[1]
Filippo marries Francesca Panepinto on 25 September 1785.[2]
Emmanuela marries Leoluca Cascio on 4 February 1770. Her parents are living at this time.
