Biography
Charles was born on 3 Mar 1815 in Scituate, Plymouth, Massachusetts. He was the son of Charles Tolman and Eliza (Copeland) Tolman.
He married Sarah Waterman.
He died on 21 Oct 1846. He was buried in Pinehurst Cemetery.[1]
