Biography

Jesse was born on 24 March 1793 in Kanawa, Virginia, USA. He was the son of Carey Toney and Elizabeth (Doran) Toney.^[1]

In the 1820 census Jesse (age 27) was living in Dixon, Preble, Ohio, United States.^[2]

In the 1830 census Jesse (age 37) was living in Dixon, Preble, Ohio.^[3]

Jesse died at the age of 85 on 28 December 1878 in Dayton, Newton, Missouri, USA.^[4]
