Caroline Louisa Tracey (married name Anderson) was born on 8 November 1861 in Dunolly, Victoria, Australia, daughter of Mary (Flanigan) Tracey and Thomas Tracey.^[1]

She was baptised on 6 February 1862 in Dunolly.^[1]

She married Louis Paris Anderson in 1886 in Victoria.^[2] Their children were:
