Biography
Kari was born in 1753 on the farm Traen.
Kari Knudsdotter still lived at Traen when she had her Christian confirmation in 1771[1].
She married her husband Ole Østensen in 1784 who then lived at the farm Åsen[2].
In the national 1801-census she lived with her husband and children at Åsen, Atrå, Tinn, Telemark [3]
