Biography

Marie Marguerite was born in Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada, Nouvelle France, daughter of Antoine Tremblay and Marie Anne Pilote.


She married Guillaume Laforest, son of Jean LaForest and Marie Angelique Rancourt, on 23 May 1746 at the Catholic parish of Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul. [1]


She passed away on 14 August 1768 in Détroit, Montréal, Québec. [2]
