Frances was born in 1871. He was the son of Jospeh Triplett and Catherine Hedges. He passed away in 1951. In the 1880 census Frances (age 9), At Home, was the son of Joseph Triplet in Upper Ashland, Boyd, Kentucky, United States.[1]
