Harbert or Herbert Tucker was born about 1760.[1] He was the son of James Tucker and Elizabeth Unknown. He drowned in Broad River during high water in 1843 and is buried at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, Elbert Co., Georgia.[2]
Property: 1796, bought a negro, Tom, a fiddler, from Elijah Tucker of Halifax Co, Virginia. A bill of sale from Elijah to Harbert Tucker of Pendleton was sworn to 22 June, 1796. Harbert (Robert's half-brother) having bought a negro, Tom, a fiddler.
