Courtenay Tucker was the daughter of Frances Courtenay and her first husband Robert Tucker (his will proved in Norfolk Co. Va., in 1722).[1] She was born before 1704[2] and married Jacob Walker November 6, 1723 in Norfolk County, Virginia.[3][4]

It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Courtenay by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Courtenay:
update: Courtenay-1078 was edited to reflect the Frances Courtenay who died 1766 & is in a proposed merge with Courtenay-94.
The profile attached as Jacob's wife in July 2018 (Courtenay-1078), which appears to be a duplicate of Courtenay-94 (his mother-in-law) has a precise birth date: 13 Jan 1703 ... old/new style would make that 1703/4, which fits with "before 1704" ... might Jacob's wife - this Courtenay, daughter of Frances Courtenay by her first husband, Robert Tucker - been born on that date? (but in Virginia, not Powderham)
Hi Kat/Gay - I've been working with my newly discovered source (Wulfeck) & by following the citations she lists have come to the conclusion that we have two different sets of Virginia Walkers - the David Walker whose mother was Jane Freeman and had a grandson named Freeman (see Walker-21446) & the George Walker/Ann Keith Walkers.
I'm not sure I'm interpreting the Walker Family Surname DNA page correctly, though... could you take a look? (under "Note" on Walker-21446)
Tucker-5766 and Tucker-662 appear to represent the same person because: just merged duplicate profiles for her husband. These duplicates should be merged also. Thanks!
