Biography
Mary was born about 1790. She like her spouse were from families who previously lived in eastern Virginia.
The first vital record mentioning Mary is her marriage to Prior Pendleton in Patrick county[1]
She is essentially the mother of many/most of the Pendletons of the rugged Patrick county.
Mary in listed with her husband in the 1850 census
Mary Tuggle ... She passed away in 1858.[2]
Her parents are given as Joshua and Elizabeth Tuggle in her death record.

Tuggle-245 and Tuggle-246 appear to represent the same person because: I believe these look like the same person. I will contend that the birth and death years are off by a year. So it may be a good idea to figure out which is correct. But they have the same parents and spouses.
