Joseph Turner, son of John and Mary Turner, was born in Scituate on 12 January 1649, and baptized at the Second Church of Scituate in May 1649, died there on 13 February 1723/4, and was buried in the Second Church Cem., Norwell. He married Bathsheba (Hobart) Leavitt in Hingham on 19 November 1674.[1]
He died intestate and on 2 March 1723/24, his son-in-law, Joseph Stockbridge was granted the letter of administration for his estate.[3]
