Elizabeth was born about 1725, based on birth of first child in 1745. Twiggs may have been her maiden name ... but no proof has yet been found. Others say that she was possibly Sarah Elizabeth York ... but no proof has yet been found for this either.
I think they lived with their son John and his family as of March 15, 1755, there is evidence of this in the land grants.
Her husband's will, dated 8 Nov 1809, proved May 1810, (Book 3, p. 188) names wife Elizabeth, children James, William Elias, John, Mose, Levi, Eli, Rachel Brown and Elizabeth Jones, grandson William, son of Elias. (See his profile for the wording of this will.)
